If Lily would be queen of a country in the real world she immediately would give order to help the people in Haiti.
Her sister, princess Rose, would say to get touched by the suffering of those people helps to get open for giving.
Princess Violetta would inform you what organisations will pass the donations directly to the people.

But neither Lily exists in the real world nor I am a queen, so I just can ask you.
Please help the people in Haiti. After this disastrous earthquake they really need it.
Thank you.

How that fits to my work as an artist? Be patient. Wait for quite a while. Have a few cups of tea. I will answer this question... sometime.
Lily

Hey there, I'm proud to present the second installation that belongs to my project 'In Paradisum'.
This time it's a small one. The mountains are just sixty centimeters high which is small enough to bring paradise into an office in Berlin.

A limited edition of 76 "fish-cards" is ready right on time to the great art fair week in Berlin.
Each card is a small piece of art. It is sewed with a perl entwined thread at a wool wrapped wooden stick at which a velvet fish is fixed. A blue wooden perl swings at one end of the thread of the little sculpture as a paradisian fruit.
Every piece of work is appr. twenty centimeters long, five centimeters high and signed and given a number at the backside.

Once upon a time there was a queen ruling a country in which was peace since uncounted centuries. The queen's people lived happily in the mountains, the valleys, at the hills, in the woods, at the riversides, in the deserts and at the seaside.
The land was as soft and tender as fur, the water as smooth as silk and the plants seemed to be made out of soft wool. The land was as beautiful as paradise. Animals and plants were loved by everyone who saw them.
The name of the country was forgotten since a long time because everyone who lived there just talked about the land as if he was talking about paradise so great was everything. And at the royal court they said that they lived in paradisum cause they talked Latin there.
And indeed it could have stayed a paradise if there wouldn't have been the dream of the queen.

Sixty pictures made out of cloth and fur.
Animals, plants, humans, boats and houses are sticked at the cloth surface with small needles so that the pictures can be "repainted" day by day.
Fifteen deserts, mountains, riversides and oceans, partly with suns made of pure gold.

installation of the project 'In Paradisum'

Dear friends of happiness,
it's done. After thousands of years of waiting paradise on earth is back.

Light brown hills are caressing softly teddy bear fur mountains. Pure light blue organza silk brooks, feeded by fur glaciers, are falling down to the valleys, becoming lively rivers which are spreading into green silky grass lands, finally floating into deep blue organza oceans.

Golden, violet and red fish are eating side by side with orange bourette silk whales coloured felt wool sea wead. Birds with glass perled legs are taking care for their golden eggs in royal blue feather boa neats in the green meadows. Well feeded dinosaurs are living peacefully side by side with one haired monkeys in the felt wool coloured hills. Wool entwined golden trees are carrying royal blue fruits that are eaten by gold snales with two legs.

Blue, red, white and brown pipe cleaning people live in squared cloth houses, drive boats of colourful bourette silk, ride snales, watch sea life in under water science centers and climb the highest mountains to reach white feathered monastries to look for wisdom.

"In paradisum" is a fourteen square meter large and one meter seventy tall installation made out of fur, organza silk, bourette silk, linen, silk, wool, felt wool, feathers, branches, wooden spheres, wooden sticks and glass perls.
